Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee resource management, including scheduling, attendance, performance, and task assignments for personnel engaged in this contract.
  • Verify that all contractor staff fulfill the training and qualification standards of the program.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports detailing work completed and evaluating technical progress.
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive Project Plans for significant tasks.
  • Assist government IT management in defining project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Plan project activities, milestones, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance of contractor personnel with all IT technical specifications.
  • Provide oversight for quality assurance.
  • Analyze challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all aspects of the work conducted under this contract.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments of the assigned infrastructure, providing recommendations for mitigation, risk assessments, and security architecture evaluations.
  • Research, develop, test, implement, and document all approved changes according to the priorities set by the task manager.
  • Evaluate existing centralized logging network capabilities and forensic procedures, ensuring thorough documentation of results and processes in high-quality reports.
  • Investigate and analyze technology challenges, adhering to customer standards, with any deviations requiring written approval.
  • Daily monitoring of assigned systems using tools such as Tripwire, Tenable, and Web Inspect, generating reports from collected data for presentation at weekly Information Assurance Meetings.
  • Report any security violations immediately, following established internal processes for resolution.
  • Create tailored documentation and user guides for customers.
  • Information Assurance Network Specialists may be assigned to the Access Program, assisting in the maintenance of equipment and accounts on the customer's Classified Network under the guidance of the IMO and Division Director.
Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret (must be a US Citizen).
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or five (5) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Certifications:
  • PMP
  • IAT II (Security+, etc.)
  • IAT III (CISSP, CASP, CISM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing System.
