Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive research and evaluation on program goals and operations, formulating recommendations and strategies for assessing program effectiveness.
  • Analyze methodologies and tools for categorizing and evaluating public and private stakeholders involved in national homeland security initiatives.
  • Establish program management frameworks to ensure the synchronization of program activities with strategic goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis on subjects that can facilitate the growth and development of collaborations between public and private sectors.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of pertinent experience, including spearheading the formulation of program management strategies, processes, plans, and performance metrics.
  • Proven expertise in the development of data and knowledge management tools and processes to support federal stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, including high-ranking U.S. government officials.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, solution development, and analytical capabilities.
  • Capacity to be flexible, adaptable, and to engage in conceptual and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow project plans, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Master's degree in a relevant or technical discipline.
Work Arrangement: Remote options available.

Compensation: $75-$85/hour

Estimated Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week.
