Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Mortgage Sales Professional to join our growing sales team at our headquarters in New York City. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for advising customers on their mortgage options, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, including loan options, interest rates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Convert incoming customer inquiries into sales opportunities, providing expert guidance and support throughout the homebuying process.
  • Articulate Morty's value proposition to customers, highlighting the benefits of our digital mortgage marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and systems to drive customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Manage and track customer sales funnels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
