Virtual Mortgage Protection Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Virtual Mortgage Protection Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, researching client needs, and meeting with families to present customized mortgage protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling Appointments: Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: Gather information to customize options that meet clients' financial needs.
- Meeting with Families: Present options, discuss details, and help clients apply for coverage.
- Administrative: Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications.
We are looking for individuals with a growth mindset, who are coachable, self-disciplined, and challenge-seeking. A strong skill set is not the only requirement for this position.

CompensationThis is a commission-only based sales position, with an average commission of approximately $600 per family protected. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products to help clients save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts.
We have a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips for agents and managers who meet individual and team results.
