Business Development Leader

About the Role:
Brandon Herndon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team to service our existing client base, while also developing new business opportunities and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and revenue.
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Train and develop new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and drive results.
- Desire to be active in the community, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
