Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing a high-quality education and care environment for children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive enrollment growth, improve family retention, and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a center leadership or management role.
  • State-specific Administrative or Director credential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
