Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide daily reports on field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
