Position Overview: The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary facility. This role is focused on enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team while ensuring effective communication with both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek to attract new clients by showcasing the services offered by the hospital and directing the flow of clients and pets to ensure exceptional care.
  • Optimize Pet Care: Increase the number of pets attended to by the veterinary team through efficient operations, supporting the needs of wellness plan clients.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver professional and outstanding service consistently. This includes encouraging visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and providing education on pet health.
  • Client Education: Inform clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and the services available at the hospital. Assist new clients by completing necessary documentation and entering pet information accurately.
  • Client Support: Aid outgoing clients by providing essential instructions, information, invoices, and managing prescription items as per the veterinarian's guidance.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records by following proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform necessary administrative tasks and other assigned responsibilities as required.

This role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming environment that encourages clients to return and refer others, ultimately contributing to the success of the veterinary practice.
