Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Client Relations Executive who excels in building strong relationships with clients, executing integrated marketing initiatives, and supporting management in delivering impactful client presentations. Collaborating closely with the Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise in data capabilities to optimize marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the SVP, Group Account Director.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days of in-office presence each week. If selected for an interview, your recruiter will provide further details, including any necessary accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the client's industry, brand positioning, customer insights, marketing strategies, and competitive landscape.
  • Clearly articulate the overarching program strategy, objectives, measurement approaches, and outcomes for various initiatives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on innovative strategies, testing methodologies, and channel-specific tactics.
  • Serve as a primary contact for junior to mid-level clients, identifying opportunities for cross-functional teams to propose new projects.
  • Prepare concise presentations and ensure they are client-ready with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
  • Gather client feedback and facilitate discussions with internal team members.
  • Create clear, precise communications (both written and verbal) tailored to specific audiences (internal and client), outlining expectations and potential impacts (e.g., timelines, costs).
  • Begin to lead project status meetings effectively.
  • Establish clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, ensuring the team has the necessary materials and documentation.
  • Identify potential financial concerns related to projects and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with the centralized scoping team to develop accurate scopes of work for small to medium-sized projects, including timelines and budgets using appropriate tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in email and search engine marketing.
  • Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong commitment to client service and expectation management.
  • Educational background in web development.
  • Openness to travel as necessary.
