Position Overview:

We seek a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Primary Arranger. The Primary Arranger will be responsible for assisting client families in making funeral arrangements, ensuring all services meet expectations, and providing support throughout the grieving process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of funeral arrangements, including arrangement conferences
  • Conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies with professionalism, organization, and care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client families, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and respectful manner
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment for all staff members
  • Participate in community outreach activities to maintain and grow market share
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documents related to funeral services

Requirements:

  • Valid current State of Ohio license as a Funeral Director
  • Valid current driver's license for the State of Ohio
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of computers and funeral service-related software
  • Above-average communication skills
  • High level of compassion and integrity
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities
  • Professional and team player
