HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is a key member of the Corporate HQ HR staff, providing administrative support to employees, managers, and HR business partners. This role requires excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while prioritizing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Corporate HQ HR Managers, Directors, and Vice President of Human Resources
- Coordinate and lead New Hire Orientation, manage I-9 completion, and liaise with SW Legal on work authorizations
- Manage department invoices, expense reports, and organization charts
- Coordinate Management 101 training, review reporting, and track course completion
- Assist with special requests, such as funeral notices, flower orders, and donations
- Manage Headquarters lactation room access, locker list, and supplies
- Participate in special projects and events, including the Annual Recognition Dinner and ad hoc special events
- Provide front-desk reception support to the Headquarters HR Department
- Manage phone calls, emails, and mail functions, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage HR employee time and attendance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1+ years office coordinator/administrative or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
