**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform order entry in Seedway's JD Edwards system and process data entry related to credit status, acknowledgements, and product and price verification.
  • Answer telephone calls, determine the nature of business, and direct calls to the correct department or destination.
  • Communicate with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Organize and process incoming work, enter orders from mail-ins, internet, faxed-in, and walk-in customers.
  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.

**Requirements**

  • Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of clerical-related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
