Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee enrollment and terminations in various benefit plans using ADP.
- Oversee the bi-weekly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with policies.
- Maintain employee pension processes and manage associated documentation.
- Support recruitment by posting job openings, managing applications, conducting interviews, and processing background checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
