Position Overview
The Nespresso Regional Sales Supervisor will receive training on all specific client program initiatives to effectively engage sales representatives, retail vendor associates, and store customers regarding the latest Nespresso product offerings. This role will manage the daily development of a designated group of Field Nespresso Advisors, traveling to various retail locations to deliver focused mentoring, training, and coaching sessions to ensure all representatives are knowledgeable about product details and adeptly executing sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee, a solid sales background, and a proactive attitude to consistently promote the Nespresso brand and its sustainable business practices.
Schedule & Locations
- 25-35 hours per week
- Open availability from Thursday to Monday
- Visit local retailers on a rotational basis within the assigned area
What We Provide
- $30.00 per hour
- Comprehensive training program to certify you on Nespresso product knowledge

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Identify sales opportunities at the retail level (advertising, demo inventory, and traffic awareness)
- Schedule and conduct sales events at retail locations
- Communicate any inventory issues (either excess or out of stock) to the manufacturer and retailer as needed
- Training & Development
- Provide ongoing training sessions for assigned ActionLink Nespresso representatives at least once a month
- Ensure representatives are well-informed on Nespresso manufacturing and product knowledge, including features/benefits, machine usage principles, recycling credentials, and hardware overview
- Implement sales skills assessments and coaching interventions as necessary
- Engage in introductory training for new product launches
- Internal Communication
- Complete call reports on the same day of store visits, detailing the following:
- Store conditions, traffic flow, sales trends, competitive activity, inventory issues, etc.
- Photographs with detailed descriptions
- Comments
- Promptly escalate in-store issues through appropriate channels
- Identify competitive advantages and submit ideas for local implementation
- Participate in team conference calls
- Complete call reports on the same day of store visits, detailing the following:
- Operational Responsibilities
- Consistently meet predefined visit frequency goals, adhering to ActionLink's travel and expense policies
- Consistently meet predefined expense goals
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or at special events
- Some retail experience in a supervisory, training, or leadership role is advantageous
- Enthusiast of coffee-related beverages
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to motivate others
- Engaging demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
Physical Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel to various retail locations within the assigned area (locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to rent a vehicle under ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
- Must adhere to professional appearance standards as required by ActionLink and the client
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. without assistance
- Access to a smart device with a data plan
- Access to reliable transportation
