Job Description

As a Sales Manager at R3 Roofing & Exteriors, you will lead and inspire a sales team while handling a variety of leads, including referrals and self-generated prospects. Your role will involve managing sales processes, scheduling client meetings, conducting property damage inspections, guiding property owners through insurance claims and retail work, and presenting compelling estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters.
  • Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation.
  • Execute trained sales processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with property owners and insurance adjusters to create, negotiate, and finalize insurance claim projects.
  • Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field is preferred.
