About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our Industrial Sales Team. As a Business Development Manager, Solution Sales, you will be responsible for developing sales plans, target markets, and implementing corporate strategy to attain assigned account revenue and gross margin goals. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Executive Management teams to manage customers' overall experience with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned account revenue and gross margin goals.
  • Grow market share for key vendors by incorporating their products and services in turnkey solutions for customers.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with key suppliers, including franchised lines and non-franchised product lines.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to identify successful and non-successful customer engagements and replicate best practices across the organization.
  • Complete project profitability reports to analyze actual performance against budgets for material and labor expenses.
