Job Overview

As a key member of the management team, the Senior Finance and Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and executing financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of comprehensive financial strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert financial analysis to support the implementation of brand initiatives while optimizing return on investment.
  • Collaborate in the development of a business plan that aligns with the overall strategic direction of the organization.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience; or
  • A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with no prior work experience required.

  • Enhance profitability through cost-benefit analysis and exploration of new business avenues.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, forecasting sales against expenditures, and preparing annual budget plans.
  • Monitor actual sales performance against projections and identify variances for improved budget management.

Leadership and Team Development

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage property working capital and cash flow in accordance with established guidelines.

Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure accurate documentation of profits and losses, and monitor tax compliance.
  • Submit timely financial reports and support the achievement of performance and budget goals.
  • Review audit findings to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Human Resource Management

  • Facilitate cross-training among team members to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Administer property policies consistently and fairly, ensuring a supportive work environment.
  • Participate in the hiring and training processes to develop a skilled finance team.
