Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to handle all financial transaction tasks across departments. The ideal candidate will process vendor invoices, prepare accruals, manage check requests, fund billing, account reconciliations, and other assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports
- Prepare and manage accruals, fund billing, and account reconciliations
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assist in general ledger accounting and journal entries
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial transaction processing
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
