At Connection, we're dedicated to helping our customers navigate the complexities of IT. As a Senior Financial Analyst - Services and Solutions, you'll play a critical role in leading and supporting all aspects of operational finance for our growing Services and Solutions organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Partner with the Services and Solutions organization to provide leadership and support to management and operations teams in measuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and ensure precision in financial reporting for the Services and Solutions organization.
  • Develop financial plans and forecasts, generating insights into the financial performance of the Services and Solutions organization.
  • Analyze cost, margin, deal structures, sales segments, and customer profitability, effectively communicating impactful levers for improvement.
  • Provide strategic analytical support for decision-making, incorporating internal and external data into the analysis.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an FP&A role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
