Job Description:

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Shareholder Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports for alternative investment products, including BDCs, Limited Partnerships, and REITs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alternative investment products.
  • Working experience with Geneva platform for partnership accounting and reporting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and operational principles for alternative asset classes.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff and business partners.
