Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our complex projects and oversee their execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level program management, leading project integration activities, and offering expert-level knowledge and guidance in the analysis of radioactive materials at DOE/NNSA national laboratories and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level program management for the oversight and execution of complex projects.
  • Lead project integration activities, including the development, issuance, and annual updates of technical documents, as well as conducting implementation verification reviews.
  • Offer expert-level knowledge and guidance in the analysis of radioactive materials at DOE/NNSA national laboratories and sites, with a specific focus on Radioactive Material Processing Technologies.
  • Foster relationships with national laboratory leaders, DOE senior management, and key business leaders to drive program success and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an M.S. in a technical field.
  • At least 20 years of experience working with DOE/NNSA programs and sites.
  • In-depth understanding and working knowledge of advanced analytical techniques for radioactive materials.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-laboratory programs and personnel effectively.
  • Strong background in program management and business development.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance.
  • The position may be filled on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on candidate qualifications.
  • A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
