- Safety Assessment: Implement safety planning and evaluate the risk factors affecting residents' situations.
- Regular Follow-ups: Maintain consistent contact with residents through daily follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
- Information Gathering: Collect relevant data, including medical and social information, to better understand each resident's needs.
- Support with Applications: Assist residents in completing victim compensation applications and securing relocation assistance.
- Case Management: Oversee all aspects of assigned cases, ensuring comprehensive service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resident progress and service delivery, preparing monthly statistical reports.
- Community Resource Referral: Connect residents with external resources and organizations tailored to their specific needs.
- Case Conferences: Participate in weekly case conferences to discuss resident progress and strategize next steps.
- Process legal documents as necessary.
- Occasionally provide transportation for residents using agency vehicles.
- Facilitate support groups on various relevant topics.

- Licensing: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Background Checks: Candidates must pass a Level II background check and FBI screening.
