Job Title: Nuclear Med Tech Technician

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Med Tech Technician to join our team at TotalMed Staffing for a travel assignment in Dallas, Texas.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and technical support in a nuclear medicine setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including gamma cameras and radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking into account medical history and current condition.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine, preferably in a travel or contract setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
