Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

About the Role:

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Acquiring and analyzing patient medical histories
  • Performing cardiac imaging and stress exercise examinations
  • Calculating and administering radiopharmaceutical dosages
  • Operating nuclear medicine equipment and devices
  • Documenting patient procedures and medical records
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field
  • Current ARRT (N) Certification or CNMT certification
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services
  • Basic knowledge of EKG and intravenous injections
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
