Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex issues.
  • Ability to evaluate potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
  • Advanced mathematical abilities, including the capacity to perform complex calculations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
