Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise facilities and maintenance operations, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee and be responsible for recurring repairs and involvement with planned and funded capital improvement projects.
  • Provide management, supervision, and maintenance of equipment and systems, including electrical systems and equipment, mechanical, plumbing, energy management control systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Manage service request desk operations, including record keeping using a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of recent experience in the management and supervision of complex commercial and institutional facilities involving facility operations and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the establishment and management of an organization that will operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
