About the Role

Eclaro is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our clients' business and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address client issues and concerns, providing creative solutions to drive customer value.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze client data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with syndicated data or in a Consumer-Packaged Goods manufacturing setting.
  • Contract Management: Familiarity with contract management systems, including DocuSign, Salesforce, and CPQ management tooling.
