The Strategic Pricing Manager will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and customer value perception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability, increase market share, and support the company's overall business goals.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand pricing trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margin, and sales volume.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with product positioning and market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain complex pricing models that consider factors such as cost, competition, value perception, and demand elasticity.
  • Establish and maintain pricing policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Analyze and report on the financial impact of pricing strategies and decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or related fields, with at least 4 years in strategic pricing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, market research, and competitive analysis.
