Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at LKQ Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the wholesale sales growth of established e-commerce websites and marketplace sellers across the Automotive, RV, and Marine Aftermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to resolve queries, promote vendors, and increase revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Identify new opportunities to create increased results and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire and share competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the market.
  • Meet or exceed set sales and budget goals, as well as overall customer profitability and margin.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
