[Position Overview]
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR generalist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting diverse HR functions and initiatives, working closely with managers and employees throughout the organization. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to expand their HR expertise and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Primary Duties:
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate immigration operations by reviewing and verifying work permits, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating with employees and managers regarding immigration matters.
  • Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations challenges, conflicts, and performance management issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs, including orientation sessions, compliance training, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Maintain precise and current employee records and HR databases, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment and immigration laws.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
