About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. This is a full-time, year-around position that offers a competitive pay and benefits structure.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Responsibilities include answering phones, taking customer payments, running credit applications, scheduling deliveries and/or pickups, and entering payments into excel.
  • Requirements include a high energy level, a coachable and curious mindset, a desire for a work/life balance, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and basic computer and math skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience and is available to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays.
