Job Summary:
The Therapeutic Recreation Lead at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres Adult Day Services provides program planning and development. This position supports clients involved in MORA Adult Day Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily well-being, safety, and needs of the clients he/she supports.

Responsibilities include administering medications, serving as the in-charge staff in assigned activity groups, and implementing individual care plans and group activity plans.

About MORA:

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro.

We offer an array of services, including Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a unique therapeutic Summer Camp for Youth with Autism.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly base rate for this position is $18.75-$25.65, with a retention bonus of $1500 paid out over one year.

Work Schedule:

This is a Monday-Friday, day shift position with no weekends.
