Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service. You will work closely with our pharmacists to assist with various tasks, including filling prescriptions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and processing prescriptions
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
• PTCB certification a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
