Fitness Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Flexologist at StretchLab - Western Metro Minneapolis.

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions to clients, utilizing our evidence-based flexibility program.
• Conduct thorough flexibility assessments to identify areas of improvement.
• Document client progress and preferences to ensure personalized service.
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their goals through positive reinforcement and expert guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive studio membership and retention.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to StretchLab policies and safety protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales associates and management to drive studio growth and success.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as kinesiology, exercise science, or sports medicine.
• Ability to be coachable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Professional certification or licensure in a relevant field, such as personal training or massage therapy.
• Ability to complete our comprehensive training program and maintain certification.
