Job Summary

VieMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sleep therapy intake and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the intake and documentation process for our core sleep product lines, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and state and federal guidelines.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure timely and courteous communication with referrals and patients regarding payor requirements and order status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize patient and referral communications about orders and issue escalation.
  • Problem-Solving: Directly assist patients and referrals with order issues and concerns, and work with the Sleep Operations Management team to develop strategies for growth in revenues, profitability, and company brand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Execute and report to management the monthly team KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Employee Support: Handle employee requests, issues, and incidents with discretion and priority.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in sleep therapy/DME, with at least two years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
  • Education: High school diploma required, higher education preferred.
  • Skills: Strong management principles, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mental Applications: Ability to plan and organize work for effectiveness and efficiency, and to respond to change and frequent interruptions.
  • Accuracy: Consistently high degree of accuracy in daily activities.
  • Dexterity: Good fine motor skills and coordination to operate computers, telephones, and sleep therapy equipment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in software solutions for data entry and analysis, and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This position will work in an office environment, with normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
