We understand that compensation is crucial, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates in every market we serve. We are currently expanding our team in Sioux Falls, SD.

Compensation: $25 / hour

Work Schedule:
Varies based on assignment - availability for all shifts, including overnight hours during weekdays and weekends (overtime may be required).

Employment Type:
Full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours each week, plus eligibility for company benefits including DailyPay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and survey the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  • Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Compose and maintain accurate reports.
  • Enforce client policies, regulations, and standards effectively.
  • Conduct vehicle patrols of client properties.
  • Perform routine foot patrols (both inside and outside) of client facilities.
  • Receive on-the-job training.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior security experience is essential.
  • Willingness to undergo a thorough screening process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Capability to de-escalate potentially stressful situations.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
  • State License provided at no cost.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa State Security license (GardaWorld will assist with this process).
