Typical Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guests and ensure the safety of both patrons and staff
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their guests
  • Manage and de-escalate conflicts effectively
  • Prevent criminal behavior and misconduct
  • Prepare detailed written and verbal reports on security and safety issues
  • Execute duties as outlined in client-specific post orders and adhere to company protocols
  • Conduct thorough foot patrols of the premises, both inside and outside

Qualifications:

  • Preferred background in Law Enforcement or Corrections training
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable in large gatherings
