Job Description

The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of assigned properties, managing and supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage service requests, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
