Job Description

The Culinary Operations Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Catering Kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of culinary tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Promote exceptional client interactions and instill great service among team members.
  • Develop people performance management skills to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead or support the General Manager in guiding team members through task execution, ongoing training, and facility upkeep.
  • Uphold Tatte brand and visual standards across all aspects of the business.
  • Ensure food safety by adhering to all food safe processes and standards, promptly addressing any deviations.
  • Contribute to effective communication of new product, service, and operational information.
  • Assist in managing food, labor, and controllable costs within company guidelines.
  • Support the General Manager in administrative tasks.
Working Conditions/Essential Functions:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency responsiveness as required.
  • Able to work extended shifts, standing, sitting, squatting, walking, reading, grasping, reaching overhead, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

  • Previous experience with UltiPro, Toast - POS System, CrunchTime/TeamworX.
  • ServSafe and Allergen Certifications.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
