About the Job

Bethel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to senior leadership, management, and staff, including monitoring programs, file and record-keeping maintenance, answering calls, arranging conference calls, and ordering supplies and equipment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership, management, and staff
  • Monitoring programs and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering calls and arranging conference calls
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
