Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Strategic Impact to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving growth and expansion across our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to address them, as well as collaborating with our leadership team to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and expansion across the organization
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Director of Strategic Impact to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
  • Provide expert-level support to the Strategic Impact team, including developing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of professional experience; 1-4 years of Management consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year
