About the Role

Orchestra is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Development Director to drive business development strategies across multiple organizations. This role will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, leading business development processes, and directing new business projects.

Salary: $150,000-$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance

Location: New York, N.Y. office (hybrid basis)

Responsibilities
  • Lead business development strategy for digital, content, and data and insights teams
  • Create strategic proposals and presentations for select new business projects
  • Analyze business trends within client groups
  • Identify and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to developing and implementing go-to-market and sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of professional experience in agency settings, working on digital, content, or data and analytics offerings
  • Experience in business development, including shaping business development processes and directing new business strategies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress across multiple teams
