Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
    • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, P6, and RS Means
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification preferred
