Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Attend project meetings with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with internal design teams to create detailed BIM models and ensure design accuracy.
  • Coordinate permitting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful project management experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience with cost estimation, negotiation, and project finance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Engineering degree or Construction Management degree preferred.
