Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service assistance and guidance to clients
  • Process cross-docks and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Verify inventory and notify clients of potential shortages
  • Review receipts, outbounds, and charges to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process hold/release of inventory and answer phone calls from clients
  • Research and resolve OS&Ds and create reports as needed
  • Post inbound and outbound orders and input orders on time for shipment
  • Cut logs and adjustments and research customer requests
  • Report on turn times and ensure electronic transactions are not failing
  • Import and export responsibilities and perform trace requests as needed
  • Cross-train for shipping office for Saturday rotation
Requirements
  • High School Degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • PC, leadership, and planning skills helpful
  • Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred
