Job Description

Job Summary:

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our retail store location, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue growth
  • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and control operating costs, including inventory management and expense control

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
