Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our new location in Rhode Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities- Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
