The primary focus will be on processing customer orders and coordinating shipments in accordance with company policies and client specifications, while also assisting in resolving any customer issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented, and detail-focused environment.

This position requires regular interaction with sales, customer service, and management personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders received through multiple channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, M.O.M. system) for high-profile accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders from receipt through to shipment, delivery, and invoicing for designated accounts.
  • Support the administration and documentation of return and correction orders related to shipment refusals, carrier damages, and shortages.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding inventory situations, including open orders, back-orders, and in-transit updates.
  • Facilitate inventory adjustments and transfers as needed.
  • Record all daily transactions related to sales, inventory, and purchasing.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that yield effective outcomes.
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers, including colleagues, managers, clients, regulatory bodies, and suppliers.
  • Competence in using computers and standard business software with minimal guidance.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics and standards.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
