Amivero is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our government IT programs and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in government IT or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
