Job Summary

Amivero is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our government IT programs and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, and delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in government IT or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
