At Amazon Web Services, Inc., we are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to support our clients in leveraging a wide range of technologies, from Compute and Storage to Machine Learning and Security.
This role involves being the primary technical advisor to our clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and does not involve sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Devising and implementing strategies to drive client adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SageMaker, and others.
- Providing strategic technical guidance to help clients plan and build solutions using best practices.
- Proactive monitoring of their AWS environments to ensure operational health.
- Representing AWS within client environments and leading discussions with senior leadership on issues, support, and risk management.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and possess at least 5 years of experience in technical engineering with distributed applications.
AWS experience and a background in Information Technology operations are highly desirable.
